Catherine Whitelow, Director

Catherine has a long and varied history in adult and children’s social care both personally and professionally. This has instilled a strong care value base which she uses to drive quality delivery with a clear focus on the impact this has on our learners and their client groups.

Since moving into the Adult Education Sector back in 2006, she has been lucky enough to have had many opportunities to gain several qualifications and gather valuable experience. This has allowed her to deliver a wide range of subjects, working alongside customers to support their staff’s development for several roles.

Catherine is a highly-motivated individual who loves to take on new challenges and tackles any obstacles she is faced with. Her positive outlook has enabled her to motivate those around her whether it be employers, learners or colleagues.

CCTL Directors - Rachel Brown

Rachel Brown, Director

Rachel is a highly experienced, knowledgeable, qualified learning and development leader. Over the last 13 years in work-based learning she has worked both in a team and as an individual. She has successfully led and supported organisations in several areas including self-assessment activities, quality assurance, compliance, quality improvement planning, implementation of policies and procedures and staff development.

Rachel has a can-do positive attitude and leads by example in the quality and energy of her work. She has a wealth of industry knowledge allowing training to be innovative and contemporary.

CCTL IT Manager - Graeme Brown

Graeme Brown, Director

Graeme is a highly-motivated manager with over 20 years’ experience in IT. After serving nearly 8 years in the Royal Air Force he decided to take the plunge into Information Technology carrying out a wide range of jobs from Project Management, Service Delivery, Software and Hardware Asset Management. He is an extremely organised individual, which probably comes from his armed forces days, with a methodical and structured approach to shifting priorities.
